366 series sewing machine is developed based on 266 sewing machine. Heavy duty zigzag, add pattern wheel can fulfill 2 step, 3 step, 4 step zigzag sewing and straight lock stitch sewing. Use Adler 204 big shuttle hook, so it is working good for heavy and hard material, suitable for very thick threads. Pneumatic foot lift & pneumatic reverse sewing is optional. Because it have strong power for penetrating hard material, so it is widely used in Sail making industry, and other heavy duty zigzag industry.

LS366 series we have different version in offer :

LS366-32 Basic function type. Mostly motor option is 380V 3phases clutch motor.

LS366-32TDTD Based on basic function, add pneumatic presser foot lift & pneumatic reverse sewing. Both can use clutch motor & servo motor. (Servo motor with Needle position fixed up function)

LS366-76-12 Long arm type of 366, arm long 30’ (760mm). Puller is optional for this part.

LS366-76-12HM Long arm & High arm type of 366, Arm long for 30’(760mm), arm 100mm higher than standard type, arm height 273mm.

Products Details:

	This machine can be equipped with a powerful puller (up and down feeding puller), which can easily pull hundreds of square meters of heavy canvas feeding.
	Using ( Durkopp Adler) 204 big shuttle hook, increase bobbin thread capacity, improve working efficiency. Can use very thick thread (1500dx3, V415, V462, T-500 or 1.4mm hollow thread, flat thread, or upholstery thread)
	With 4 pattern wheels, can sew straight line, 2,3,4 steps zigzag, meets all the requirements of the modern sailing / sailing industry.
