Heavy Duty Computerized Auto Pattern Sewing Machine For Slings LS273-3020

LS273 series auto pattern sewing machine use (Durkopp Adler) 204 big shuttle hook, increase bobbin thread capacity, can use very thick thread (1500dx3, V415, V462, T-500 or 1.4mm hollow thread, flat thread, or upholstery thread), is specially designed for heavy duty pattern sewing. LS273 sewing machine is based on GA243 sewing machine head modified to auto pattern sewing machine.

It use Dahao computerized control system, can design pattern yourself or down load pattern due to different requirement. Sewing area: X direction 300mm, Y direction: 200mm, with different clamp can fulfill different products sewing. We have different working area in offer, most popular selling area is 2010 ( 200mmx100mm), 3020 ( 300mmx200mm), 5020(500mmx200mm) for heavy duty lifting slings or safety rope. Also we have also offer for some special customer for bigger working size, like 6040(600mmx400mm), For the Y direction Max is 400mm, X direction we can make more bigger for example 800mm. Customer can due to your sewing products choose the suitable machine for you.
