LS273-2010 series sewing machine use (Durkopp Adler) 204 big shuttle hook, increase bobbin thread capacity, can use very thick thread (1500dx3, V415, V462, T-500 or 1.4mm hollow thread, flat thread, or upholstery thread), is specially designed for sewing safety rope connection or thick belt. It use Dahao computerized control system, can design pattern yourself or down load pattern due to different requirement. Sewing area: X direction 200mm, Y direction: 100mm, with different clamp can fulfill different products sewing. We generally make LS273-2010H for sewing belt, LS273-2010S for sewing safety rope, also we can due to customers needs making new clamp for sewing different products.

LS273-2010H Designed for sewing belt and other heavy duty materials.

LS273-2010S Designed for sewing safety ropes connection.

Products Details:

	Adopting hot cutter system, safe and stable. LS273-2010H is for sewing belt hot cutter is more widely used. LS273-2010S is for sewing safety rope if with hot cutter max can sew 16mm, if without safety rope can sew more than 25mm diameter rope.
	We use Dahao computerized control system, can design pattern yourself, or down load new patterns, reduce reliance on skilled workers.
	Using ( Durkopp Adler) 204 big shuttle hook, increase bobbin thread capacity, improve working efficiency. Can use very thick thread.

	LS273-2010S for sewing ropes.
