FIBC DOUBLE-CYLINDER HYDRAULIC RAPID PACKAGING MACHINE LS168-2

LS168-2 is an efficient compression and bundling equipment specifically designed for flexible materials such as FIBCs and woven bags. LS168-2 adopts a mature hydraulic oil drive principle and is equipped with a stable dual-cylinder collaborative operation structure, which comprehensively addresses many pain points of traditional packaging equipment in the industry. LS168-2 uses a centralized oil pump to drive the core, and through the hydraulic system, it outputs stable and powerful hydraulic power to provide continuous power support for the compression operation. Different from ordinary single-cylinder packaging equipment, LS168-2 is equipped with a dual-cylinder synchronous working structure. During operation, the two oil cylinders are subjected to uniform force and advance synchronously, effectively eliminating equipment deviation and vibration caused by unilateral pressure, and achieving dynamic balance of the entire machine's movement. It is an ideal equipment for FIBCs （big bag)  packaging and storage.
