SC2602 series lockstitch sewing machine is specially designed sewing machine for bulk bag making, mainly for replace shuttle hook sewing machine like 4-1. Compared with shuttle hook sewing machine, this machine adopt 5 times big rotary hook, increase the speed from 800rpm to 1200rpm. GSC2602TD add pneumatic foot lift & pneumatic reverse sewing system highly increase working efficiency. This machine have long history producing, its stable quality performance, good sewing result still welcomed by lots FIBC bag manufacture. Also it is widely used for sewing lifting belt, sports products, safety belt, tent etc.

GSC2602 series we have different version in offer:

GSC2602 Basic function type. Mostly motor option is 380V 3phases clutch motor.

GSC2602TD Based on basic function, add pneumatic presser foot lift & pneumatic reverse sewing. Both can use clutch motor & servo motor. (Servo motor with Needle position fixed up function).

GSC2602-L25 long arm type GSC2602, basic function, arm long 25”(635mm).

GSC2602-L25TD. Based on GSC2602-L25. Add pneumatic foot lift and pneumatic reverse sewing function.

GSC2602TD Optional Function:

1.5 time big rotary hook
2.High speed max can reach to 1200rmp.
3.Pneumatic foot lift & pneumatic reverse sewing
4.Long arm version can be offer, 25”(635mm) is very useful for some special production.
