GSC367 series lockstitch sewing machine is we special designed sewing machine for big bag making. Now it is most popular machine in FIBC bag industry, also widely used in lifting belt and other heavy duty material sewing. Compared with old version Bulk bag sewing machine, GSC367 series have obviously advantages: Super big Hook; Auto lubrication; Big working space; Higher speed; More auto electronic functions, highly improve working efficiency and sewing performance.

GSC367 series we have different version in offer:

Basic function type. Mostly motor option is 380V 3phases clutch motor.

GSC367TD Based on basic function, add pneumatic presser foot lift & pneumatic reverse sewing. Both can use clutch motor & servo motor. (Servo motor with Needle position fixed up function).

GSC367TDZ Based on basic function, add pneumatic presser foot lift, pneumatic presser foot lift for free sewing, & pneumatic reverse sewing. Direct drive type motor 220V single phase 1000W

GSC367-L Longer arm type GSC367, arm long reach 500mm. Other same as above three version.

GSC367TD Optional Function:

1.5 time big rotary hook
2.Auto lubrication improve working efficiency
3.High speed max can reach to 1600rmp.
4.Pneumatic foot lift & pneumatic reverse sewing
