FIBC Bag Heavy Duty Single Needle Lock Stitch Top & Bottom Feeding Flat Bed Sewing Machine LS7800/LS7800TD
LS7800 sewing machine is developed due to 4-1 sewing machine. Use bigger shuttle hook, with a faster speed max can reach 1000rpm. Compared with old machine, it have obviously advantages. Shuttle hook have features with low speed but more thick material and more thick threads. Even though, still it is widely used in FIBC bag sewing because of low price and stable quality. Option parts for pneumatic foot lift and pneumatic reverse sewing can highly improve working efficiency. Also this machine is very good for using in lifting belt, safety products, Bulk bag, Safety belt, Tent, Suitcases etc.
LS7800 series we have different version in offer:
GSC7800 Basic function type. Mostly motor option is 380V 3phases clutch motor.
GSC7800TD Based on basic function, add pneumatic presser foot lift & pneumatic reverse sewing.
LS7800 Feature & Functions:
- Big Shuttle hook, for more thick material and more thick threads.
- Compared with other shuttle hook machine, working speed can be 800-1000rpm.
- Pneumatic foot lift & pneumatic reverse sewing is optional.
