GSC367TDZ is a new sewing machine developed by LongSew Company based on years of experience in the sewing process of the container bag market. It is specifically designed to meet the sewing production needs of the container bag industry. It features a professional and systematic design, suitable for sewing extra-thick, medium-thick, and thin container bags. It ensures no skipped stitches when sewing thick materials and no wrinkles when sewing thin materials.

It uses a connecting rod thread take-up mechanism and an extra-large rotary hook for thread looping, forming a single-needle double-thread lockstitch. The use of a five-times rotary hook significantly reduces production noise.  It also features a fully sealed oil pump for automatic lubrication, allowing for a sewing speed of up to 1600 stitches per minute. The excellent lubrication system and advanced structural design enable the LS367 sewing machine to achieve stable high-speed operation.
