LS300 series automatic pattern sewing machine using 6 times big rotary hook, largely increase bobbin thread capacity, highly improve working efficiency. It is specially designed for FIBC bag’s lifting belt sewing (Loopsew). Use Dahao computerized control system, can storage 900 different patterns, we have all kinds of patterns in offer for FIBC bags with standard offer, also customer can due to their needs design new pattern themself. Super big working area: 600mmx500mm, belt sewing length reach 500mm, and because X direction can be 600mm, so for some big bag this machine can sew two side of lifting belt to bag body in one time. Now computerized auto machine with its standard pattern sewing is more and more welcomed in FIBC bag industry.

LS300-3040 Working area: 300x400mm, belt to FIBC’s body length 400mm

LS300-3050 Working area: 300x500mm, belt to FIBC’s body length 500mm

LS300-6050 Working area: 600x500mm, belt to FIBC’s body length 500mm, 600mm X direction can sew one belt’s two side by one time.

LS300-3055 Working area: 300x550mm, belt to FIBC’s body length 550mm. ( Specially order)

最大速度1600rpm、動作速度1400rpm、ステッチ長さ最大12.7mm、縫製速度が大幅に向上します。

コンピューター制御システムにより、新しいパターンを自由にデザインできます。高精度のサーボモーター駆動システムにより、毎回同じパターンで縫製できます。
