LS300 series automatic pattern sewing machine using 6 times big rotary hook, largely increase bobbin thread capacity, highly improve working efficiency. It is specially designed for FIBC bag’s lifting belt sewing (Loopsew). Use Dahao computerized control system, can storage 900 different patterns, we have all kinds of patterns in offer for FIBC bags with standard offer, also customer can due to their needs design new pattern themself. Working area: 500mmx300mm. Means max working belt length is 500mm, for some customer special requirement, we can make extra max is 550mm ( need specially order). Even though, this automatic sewing machine is much more expensive than manual sewing machine, but its standard pattern sewing is more and more welcomed in FIBC bag industry who have higher quality requirement.

قلاب چرخشی بسیار بزرگ، قلاب بزرگ 6 برابر زمان تعویض بوبین را بسیار کاهش می دهد.

حداکثر سرعت تا 1800 دور در دقیقه، طول دوخت حداکثر 12.7 میلی متر، سرعت دوخت را بسیار بهبود می بخشد.

سیستم کنترل کامپیوتری، طراحی آزادانه الگوهای جدید. با سیستم محرک سروو موتور با دقت بالا، مطمئن شوید که هر بار الگوی دوخت یکسان است.

منطقه کار بزرگ، مناسب برای حلقه های کیسه FIBC بالا، طول کمربند 500 میلی متر، به خصوص می توانید 550 میلی متر سفارش دهید.

می توان از ماشین اصلاح خودکار در انتهای دوخت استفاده کرد، یا در اواسط یک بار دوخت، زمانی که الگوی خاصی دارای دوخت دو قسمتی است، نخ را برش داد.
